Marc is a seasoned commercial real estate professional - he is currently active as a developer in multiple real estate projects including the award-winning redevelopment of Ambler Yards, a 285,000 sq. ft. multi building, mixed use campus in Ambler, PA, along with another 400,000+ sq. ft. of redevelopment projects in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Marc is also a cofounder of iThrive, a regional coworking space provider.
Marc's commercial real estate practice has focused on leasing of investment properties and assisting major corporations and entrepreneurs in securing space as well as dispositions. He has extensive experience negotiating office, industrial and land transactions - having managed many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Tri-State region.
Marc has developed and delivered numerous presentations on the status of the regional commercial real estate market at various economic development and industry meetings. His clients have included Comcast Corporation, Campbell Soup, Beneficial Bank, CCL Industries, Sony Corporation, BASF, Shell Oil, Prologis, Brandywine Realty Trust, Barry Callebaut, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Exxon Mobil.
He currently serves on the board of the Civil War Museum of Philadelphia and formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey and on the board of the Coalition Against Hunger.
